বর্তমান সমাজ
আমরা আছি মডার্ন যুগে
সালটা শুধু ক্যালেন্ডারে
এখন ও মানুষ বিচার করে
জাত পাত ধর্মে চোখ রেখে।।
শিক্ষিত ঘরের ছেলে তুমি
ডিগ্রি আছে বিলেত থেকে
বিয়ের আগে পণের দাবি
অসহায় ওই বাবার থেকে।।
গায়ের রঙে মানুষ চেনে
রেসিস্ট আজ সভ্য জাতি
সবার মনই জর্জরিত
কেউ কম কেউ বেশি।।
জামাই করলে ঘরের কাজ
মেয়ে আমার ভাগ্যবতী
ছেলে গেলে রান্নাসালে
বউমুখো ছেলে তুমি!!

We are in the modern age
Year is just on the calendar
Now people judge
Keeping an eye on caste&religion.
You are the son of an educated family
Degrees from foreign
Claim of dowry before marriage
From that helpless father.
People judged by the color skin
Civilized nation are racist today
Everyone's mind is terminated
Someone's less, someones' more.
If the son-in-law does the housework
My daughter is lucky
When the boy goes to the kitchen
you are dirty!!
